The instrument revokes TCO 9710834 (Table A) and replaces it with two TCOs (Table B). It re‑states which poultry‑processing goods attract the Schedule 4 item 50 concession and splits out rubber poultry‑plucking fingers under a distinct tariff heading. Importers of poultry‑processing machinery parts and rubber plucking fingers are affected; the delegate of the CEO sets the concession entries and importers’ duty treatment, so reclassification changes compliance, recordkeeping and payable duties."},"kimi_summary":{"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":3,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The legislation maintains its original scope as a machinery of government instrument for customs tariff administration.
