Mechanically the instrument replaces an existing Tariff Concession Order (0516518) with a new one (0603937) that assigns the goods to a different tariff classification (from 8301.40.00 to 8536.50.99) and expressly applies a Part III Schedule 4 item (Column 2 = 50).
