This Act may be cited as the Supply (Works and Services) Act 1959–60.\n\nCommencement.\n\n2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.\n\nIssue and application of £55,723,000.\n\n3. There shall and may be issued and applied for or towards making good the supply hereby granted to Her Majesty for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and sixty, the sum of Fifty-five million seven\n\nhundred\n\nF.3968/59.—Price 8d.\n\nhundred and twenty-three thousand pounds out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the purposes and services expressed in the Schedule to this Act, and the Treasurer is hereby authorized and empowered to issue and apply the moneys authorized to be issued and applied.\n\nSum available for the purposes set forth in Schedule.\n\n4. The sum specified in the last preceding section shall be available to satisfy the warrants under the hand of the Governor-General in respect of any purposes and services expressed in the Schedule to this Act.\n\nLimit of period of expenditure.\n\n5.
