This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (PSS) Membership Inclusion Declaration No. 13.\n\n> Note: \\[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46A and 48.\\]\n\nSuperannuation (PSS) Membership Inclusion Declaration No. 3—amendment\n\n2.
