Citation\n\n1.1 This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (PSS) Membership Exclusion Declaration No. 6.\n\n\\[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46a and 48.\\]\n\n2. Amendment\n\n2.1 Superannuation (PSS) Membership Exclusion Declaration No. 4 2 is amended as set out in this Declaration.\n\n  \n3. Clause 3 (Interpretation)\n\n3.1 After the definition of “1990 Act”, insert:\n\n“ ‘performance pay’ means a payment of that name made under an industrial agreement under Division 3a of Part VI of the Industrial Relations Act 1988;”.\n\n4. Schedule\n\n4.1 Item 1 (subparagraph (b) (i)):\n\nAfter “superannuation scheme”, insert “(other than a scheme to which the person contributes only in relation to performance pay)”.\n\n4.2 Item 2 (subparagraph (b) (i)):\n\nAfter “superannuation scheme”, insert “(other than a scheme to which the person contributes only in relation to performance pay)”.\n\n4.3 Item 7 (paragraph (b)):\n\nAfter “superannuation scheme”, insert “(other than a scheme to which the person contributes only in relation to performance pay)”.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTES\n\n> Note: 1.
