This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 9.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Declaration is taken to have commenced on 1 October 1992.\n\nApproved Authority\n\n3. Australian Marine Science and Technology Limited is declared, under paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990, to be an approved authority for the purposes of that Act.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n> Note: 1.
