This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 7.\n\n\\[NOTE: This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.\\]\n\n  \n\nApproved authority\n\n2. The Dairy Research and Development Corporation is declared, under paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990, to be an approved authority for the purposes of that Act.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n1.
