This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration No. 4.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Declaration is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1991.\n\nSuperannuation (PSS) Approved Authority\n\nInclusion Declaration No. 4 1991 No. 394\n\nApproved authority\n\n3. The Wool Research and Development Corporation is\n\ndeclared, under paragraph (b) of the definition of “approved authority” in\n\nsection 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990, to be an approved authority for\n\nthe purposes of that Act.\n\n![](image.004.png)NOTE\n\n1.
