This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Employee Exclusion Declaration No. 3.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Declaration commences on 1 July 1993.\n\nExclusions\n\n3. Eligible employees who:\n\n(a) were employees of, or the holders of statutory office in, OTC Limited on 31 January 1992; and\n\n(b) became employees of, or the holders of statutory office in, the Australian and Overseas Telecommunications Corporation on 1 February 1992;\n\nare not productivity employees for the purposes of Part VIA of the Superannuation Act 1976.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n> Note: 1.
