This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Employee Exclusion Declaration No. 2.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Declaration is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1990.\n\n  \n\nExclusions\n\n3. The following classes of eligible employees are not to be productivity employees for the purposes of Part VIA of the Superannuation Act 1976:\n\n(a) holders of statutory offices in the Northern Land Council;\n\n(b) employees of the Northern Land Council;\n\n(c) employees of the Snowy Mountains Engineering Corporation Limited.\n\nNOTES\n\n1.
