This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Employee Exclusion Declaration No. 1.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Declaration has effect from 1 July 1990.\n\nExclusions\n\n3. Eligible employees included in the following classes are not productivity employees for the purposes of Part VIA of the Superannuation Act 1976:\n\n(a) eligible employees who are the holders of statutory office under a law of the Northern Territory;\n\n(b) eligible employees who are employees of, or the holders of statutory office with:\n\n(i) the Australian National Railways Commission; or\n\n(ii) the Australian Postal Commission; or\n\n(iii) the Australian Telecommunications Corporation; or\n\n(iv) the Civil Aviation Authority; or\n\n(v) the Federal Airports Corporation;\n\n(c) eligible employees who are employees or directors of Australian Defence Industries Ltd.\n\nRepeal\n\n4. Statutory Rules 1990 Nos. 168, 169, 170 and 171 are repealed.\n\n> Note: NOTE\n\n> Note: 1.
