This Declaration may be cited as Superannuation (CSS) Approved Authority Declaration No. 14.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. (1) Subclause 4 (1) is taken to have commenced on 1 March 1993.\n\n> Note: (2) Subclause 4 (2) commences when the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Administration) Act 1992 commences.\n\n> Note: \\[NOTE: The remainder of this Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46A and 48.\\]\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. In this Declaration:\n\n“Act” means the Superannuation Act 1976.\n\nApproved authorities\n\n4. (1) For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of “approved authority” in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, each of the following bodies is declared to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act:\n\n(a) the Australian National Training Authority;\n\n(b) the Fisheries Research and Development Corporation.\n\n(2) For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of “approved authority” in subsection 3 (1) of the Act, the National Registration Authority for Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals is declared to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n> Note: 1.
