Commencement\n\n1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 September 1995.\n\n2. Repeal of the Stevedoring Industry Levy (Rates of Levy) Regulations\n\n2.1 Statutory Rules 1991 No. 13, 1992 No. 84 and 1994 No. 290 are repealed.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n> Note: 1.
