These Regulations may be cited as the States Grants (Coal Mining Industry Long Service Leave) Regulations.\n\nInterpretation\n\n2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:\n\n“the Act” means the States Grants (Coal Mining Industry Long Service Leave) Act 1949.\n\nReimbursement of Commonwealth administrative expenses\n\n3. For the purposes of section 7 of the Act:\n\n(a) the amount representing the expenses incurred by the Commonwealth in administering the Act during the period starting on 18 December 1990 and ending on 30 June 1991 is $ 36,241; and\n\n(b) that amount is payable no later than 30 days after the end of that period.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n1.
