The provided text only contains the 'fine print' definitions. It explains that 'death from MND' includes deaths from terminal complications like pneumonia or respiratory failure caused by the disease. It also defines 'relevant service' as military service that is **not** operational or hazardous (a key limitation). The text includes a rule that if MND is linked to another medical condition that has its own SOP, that other SOP's rules apply too. However, the actual medical criteria for deciding if MND itself is service-related are missing from this extract."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/statement-of-principles-concerning-motor-neuron-disease-no-66-of-2001","history":"/api/acts/statement-of-principles-concerning-motor-neuron-disease-no-66-of-2001/history","analysis":"/api/acts/statement-of-principles-concerning-motor-neuron-disease-no-66-of-2001/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/statement-of-principles-concerning-motor-neuron-disease-no-66-of-2001/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/statement-of-principles-concerning-motor-neuron-disease-no-66-of-2001/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/statement-of-principles-concerning-motor-neuron-disease-no-66-of-2001/documents"}}
