REVOKE Instrument IMMI 15/126 (F2015L01765), Arrangements for Maritime Crew and Superyacht Applications 2015, signed 2 November 2015; and\n2. SPECIFY for the purposes of subitem 1227(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the approved forms listed in Column 3 in the Schedule to this Instrument;\n3.
