{"id":"F2015L01945","name":"Southern Squid Jig Fishery Total Allowable Effort Determination 2015","slug":"southern-squid-jig-fishery-total-allowable-effort-determination-2015","collection":"legislative_instrument","jurisdiction":"commonwealth","status":"repealed","isInForce":false,"actNumber":null,"makingDate":null,"administeringDepartment":null,"currentVersion":{"id":93713,"registerId":"commonwealth-F2015L01945-current","compilationNumber":null,"startDate":"2026-04-02","status":"Repealed","reasons":null,"registeredAt":null},"sections":[{"sectionNumber":"1","sectionType":"section","heading":"Southern Squid Jig Fishery Total Allowable Effort Determination 2015","content":"![](image.001.png)\n\nDETERMINATION OF FISHING CAPACITY\n\nFisheries Management Act 1991\n\nSubsection 17(6)(aa)\n\nSouthern Squid Jig Fishery Management Plan 2005\n\nSubsection 11(1)\n\nSOUTHERN SQUID JIG FISHERY TOTAL ALLOWABLE EFFORT DETERMINATION 2015\n\nThe AUSTRALIAN FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY pursuant to a resolution of the Commission performing and exercising the domestic fisheries management functions and powers of the Authority, makes the following Determination in accordance with subsection 17(6)(aa) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991 under subsection 11(1) of the Southern Squid Jig Fishery Management Plan 2005.\n\nDated: 1 December 2015\n\nIn accordance with a decision taken to have been made without a meeting of the Commissioners under s23 of the Fisheries Administration Act 1991, this instrument is accepted on behalf of the Commission by:\n\nNick Rayns\n\nExecutive Manager\n\nAustralian Fisheries Management Authority\n\nCitation\n\n1. This Determination may be cited as the Southern Squid Jig Fishery Total Allowable Effort Determination 2015.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\nCessation\n\n3. This Determination is repealed on 31 December 2016 unless earlier revoked.\n\nInterpretation\n\n4. Terms used in this Determination that are defined for the purposes of the Southern Squid Jig Fishery Management Plan 2005 have the same meanings in this Determination as they have in that Plan.\n\nDetermination of total allowable effort\n\n5.
