This determination may be cited as the Southern Bluefin Tuna Final Total Allowable Catch Determination 2005-06.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This determination commences on the 3 July 2006.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. A term used in this determination that is defined for the purposes of the Southern Bluefin Tuna Fishery Management Plan 1995 has the same meaning in this determination as it has in that Plan.\n\n\\[Notes: 1. Terms defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1991 have the same meanings in this determination.\n\n2.
