This Determination may be cited as the 2006 SESSF TAC D2.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Determination commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. 3. A term used in this Determination:\n\n(a.) Takes the meaning given to it in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003; or\n\n(b.) If no meaning is given to the term in the Southern and Eastern Scalefish and Shark Fishery Management Plan 2003, takes the meaning given to that term under the Fisheries Management Act 1991.\n\nDetermination of total allowable catch\n\n4.
