Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this instrument.\n\n \n\n### 3. Personal care support scheme\n\n(1)   The scheme for the provision of personal care support known as the Commonwealth Continuity of Support (CoS) Programme – Direct Funding Individual Support Packages is an approved scheme for the purposes of section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991.\n\n(2)   In this determination, the Commonwealth Continuity of Support Programme – Direct Funding Individual Support Packages means the Direct Funding Model under the Individual Support Packages sub-programme which operates under the Commonwealth Continuity of Support (CoS) Programme.\n","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
