This determination may be cited as the Social Security (Fares Allowance for Private Transport) Determination 2002 (No. 2).\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This determination commences on 1 January 2003.\n\nDefinition\n\n3. In this determination:\n\nAct means the Social Security Act 1991.\n\nRevocation\n\n4. The Social Security (Fares Allowance for Private Transport) Determination 2002 is revoked.\n\nAmendment\n\n5. The Table in subsection 1061ZAAK(4) of the Act is amended by:\n\n(i) omitting the Allowance per kilometre (cents) rate of 49.3 in item 1 of the Table and substituting 50.0;\n\n(ii) omitting the Allowance per kilometre (cents) rate of 59.0 in item 2 of the Table and substituting 60.0;\n\n(iii) omitting the Allowance per kilometre (cents) rate of 60.0 in item 3 of the Table and substituting 61.0;\n\n(iv) omitting the Allowance per kilometre (cents) rate of 49.3 in item 4 of the Table and substituting 50.0;\n\n(v) omitting the Allowance per kilometre (cents) rate of 59.0 in item 5 of the Table and substituting 60.0; and\n\n(vi) omitting the Allowance per kilometre (cents) rate of 60.0 in item 6 of the Table and substituting 61.0.","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"_metrics":{"model":"kimi-k2.5","source":"moonshot-batch","completionTokens":2753},"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":1,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The instrument remains strictly limited to its original purpose of setting the per-kilometre rates for private transport fares allowance.
