This determination may be cited as the Social Security (Declaration of Visa in a class of Visas—Qualifying Residence Exemption) Determination 2003.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This determination commences on gazettal.\n\nRevocation\n\n3. The Social Security (Declaration of Visa in a class of Visas—Qualifying Residence Exemption) Determination 2000 of 29 September 2000 is revoked.\n\nClass of visas\n\n4.
