The whole of this instrument In accordance with subsection 202(5) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.\n\n\nNote:  This table relates only to the provisions of this instrument as originally made. Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this instrument.\n\n3  Authority\n\n  This instrument is made under subsection 202(2DA) of the Act.\n\n4  Definitions\n\n  In this instrument:\n\nAct means the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.\n\n5  Protection of personal information\n\n (1) The following scholarships are specified for the purposes of subparagraph 202(1)(da)(ii) of the Act:\n\n (a) the Indigenous Commonwealth Accommodation Scholarship; and\n\n (b) the Indigenous Commonwealth Education Costs Scholarship.\n\n (2) The following scholarships are specified for the purposes of subparagraph 202(2)(daaa)(ii) of the Act:\n\n (a) the Indigenous Commonwealth Accommodation Scholarship; and\n\n (b) the Indigenous Commonwealth Education Costs Scholarship.\n\n \n","sortOrder":0}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated.
