This Determination may be cited as the Small Pelagic Fishery Fishing Period Determination 2012.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Determination commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. Terms used in this Determination that are defined for the purposes of the Small Pelagic Fishery Management Plan 2009 have the same meanings in this Determination as they have in that Plan.\n\nNotes: 1. Terms defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1991 have the same meanings in this Determination.\n\nDetermination of the fishing period\n\n4.
