It governs land status and protection around Neerabup, affecting nearby landowners, developers, local councils and environmental groups. It matters for anyone seeking to use, develop or manage land in that area."},"kimi_summary":{"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":1,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The legislation remains tightly focused on its original purpose: excising 122.5 hectares from Neerabup National Park. Removing land from a park is a significant decision because it reduces conservation area. This Act makes that change official and ensures the land titles office updates its records to reflect the new, smaller park boundaries.\n\n**How it works:**\nThe Act treats the boundary change like a formal \"order\" under land administration law, so the Registrar of Titles can update the official records."},"flash_summary":{"complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"The Act's sole operative effect is the excision of a defined area from Reserve No. 27575 and the registration of that amendment. The Registrar must register the amendment and may treat the Act as if it were an order (s.3(3)).
