Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this instrument.\n\n3 Authority\n\n This instrument is made under Regulation 7 of the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Regulations 2021.\n\n4 Definitions\n\n In this instrument:\n\nAct means the Resale Royalty Right for Visual Artists Act 2009.\n\n5 Schedule 3\n\n Each instrument that is specified in Schedule 3 to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in that Schedule has effect according to its terms.\n\n6 Formats of Notice of commercial resale\n\n(1) For the purposes of section 28 of the Act, each of the following is a format of notice of commercial resale:\n\n(a) an interactive web form, in the format set out in Schedule 1 to this Instrument provided at the internet address: www.resaleroyalty.org.au; and\n\n(b) an excel spreadsheet, in the format set out in Schedule 2 to this Instrument, provided at the internet address: www.resaleroyalty.org.au.\n\n \n\n\nSchedule 1—Format (Interactive Web Form)\n\nNote: See paragraph 6(1)(a).\n\n \n\nArtist\n\n \n\nArtist Name: \n\n \n\nPseudonym: \n\n \n\nCountry: \n\n \n\nIs Artist Living?
