No. 182.\n\nREGULATIONS UNDER THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT AND EMPLOYMENT ACT 1945.\\*\n\nI, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Re-establishment and Employment Act 1945.\n\nDated this twenty-third day of November, 1945.\n\nHENRY\n\nGovernor-General.\n\nBy His Royal Highness’s Command,\n\nJOHN J. DEDMAN\n\nMinister of State for Post-war Reconstruction.\n\nRe-establishment and Employment (Allowances and Loans—Agricultural Occupations) Regulations.\n\nCitation.\n\n1. These Regulations may be cited as the Re-establishment and Employment (Allowances and Loans—Agricultural Occupations) Regulations.\n\nApplication of Regulations.\n\n2. These Regulations shall apply in relation to allowances and loans under Division 3 or 4 of Part VI. of the Act to any person in respect of an agricultural occupation.\n\nPrescribed authority.\n\n3. The Director of War Service Land Settlement, Department of Post-war Reconstruction, shall be a prescribed authority for the purposes of Divisions 3 and 4 of Part VI. of the Act in respect of agricultural occupations.\n\n\\* Notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on 23rd November, 1945.\n\nBy Authority: L.
