It designates two frequency ranges (2500-2570 MHz and 2620-2690 MHz) to be made available for new telecommunications services, with different timelines for different parts of Australia. The national rollout (excluding Perth and a radio quiet zone in Western Australia) has a shorter timeframe ending in September 2014, while Perth has an extended period until January 2016. A deadline of September 2013 applies for certain regulatory steps. The declaration includes detailed geographic coordinates defining the boundaries of the national area, Perth metropolitan area, and a protected radio quiet zone in the Mid West region of Western Australia."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated.
