These Regulations may be cited as the Radiocommunications (Australia-Indonesia Zone of Cooperation Treaty) Regulations.\n\nInterpretation\n\n2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:\n\n“the Act” means the Radiocommunications Act 1983;\n\n“Treaty” has the same meaning as in the Petroleum (Australia—Indonesia Zone of Cooperation) Act 1990.\n\nPrescribed instrument for the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (b) of the Act\n\n3. For the purposes of paragraph 7 (1) (b) of the Act, the Treaty as amended from time to time is prescribed.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n1.
