Name of Determination\n\nThis Determination is the Public Lending Right Scheme 1997 Determination 2011 (No.1).\n\n2. Commencement\n\nThis Determination commences on the day after it is registered.\n\n3. Definitions\n\n‘scheme’ means the Public Lending Right Scheme 1997.\n\n4.
