Commencement\n\n1.1 These Regulations commence on 10 January 1995.\n\n2. Repeal of Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Regulations\n\n2.1 Statutory Rules 1986 No. 301, 1987 No. 65, 1990 No. 13, 1991 No. 333 and 1992 No. 101 are repealed.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nNOTE\n\n> Note: 1.
