Citation\n\nThese regulations may be cited as the *Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Registration Fees Regulations 1990*.\n\n##### 2. Commencement\n\nThese regulations shall come into operation on the commencement of the *Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Registration Fees Amendment Act 1990*.\n\n##### 3.
