These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Pipeline Licence Fees) Regulations.\n\nInterpretation\n\n2\\. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:\n\n“the Act” means the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Pipeline Licence Fees) Act 1967.\n\nFees—subsection 4 (1) of the Act\n\n3\\. For the purposes of subsection 4(1) of the Act, the fee payable shall be calculated at the rate of $80 per kilometre or part of a kilometre of the length of the pipeline as at the commencement of the year.\n\n––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––\n\nNOTE\n\n1\\.
