For WA to recognise and enforce parole orders from other states, those other states' laws must be formally declared as 'corresponding laws' under WA legislation. This notice ensures WA stays up-to-date with which interstate laws it will recognise.\n\n**Who it affects:**\n- Prisoners seeking to transfer their parole to or from Western Australia\n- Parole authorities in WA and other states\n- Police and corrections officers who enforce parole conditions across borders\n\nThis is essentially administrative housekeeping—updating the list of recognised interstate laws to ensure smooth interstate parole transfers continue to work."},"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"A positive credit balance is required for all requests, including BYOK, so fallback providers remain available.
