For the purposes of subsection 70(1) of the Act, the following code of practice prepared by the Commission:\n\n(a) Code of Practice for the Protection of workers from the Ultraviolet Radiation in Sunlight – incorporating the NOHSC Guidance Note for the Protection of Workers from the Ultraviolet Radiation in Sunlight, \\[NOHSC: 3012 (1991)\\].\n\n2. For the purposes of subsection 70(1) of the Act, the amendment to the following code of practice prepared by the Commission:\n\n(a) Code of Practice for Manual Handling incorporating the addition of the NOHSC Guidance Note for Manual Handling in the Retail Industry, \\[NOHSC: 3014 (1992)\\].\n\n3. For the purposes of subsection 70(3) of the Act, the code of practice approved at paragraph 1 and the code of practice amended at paragraph 2 incorporate documents as amended by the body from time to time.\n\n4.
