No. 34.\n\nREGULATIONS UNDER THE NORTHERN TERRITORY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1910-1949.\\*\n\nI, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Northern Territory (Administration) Act 1910-1949.\n\nDated this thirteenth day of July, 1950.\n\nW. McKell\n\nGovernor-General.\n\nBy His Excellency’s Command,\n\n![Signature of Minister of State for the Interior](image.001.jpeg)\n\nMinister of State for the Interior.\n\nAmendment of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.†\n\nFees of elected members of Council.\n\n1. Regulation 2 of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (Fees and Expenses) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation :—\n\n“ (3.) In addition to fees which are payable under sub-regulation (1.) or sub-regulation (2.) of this regulation, an elected member of the Council shall be paid a fee of Seventy-five pounds per annum in respect of his services as member other than attendance at meetings.”.\n\nCommencement.\n\n2. Regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-eighth day of February, 1950.\n\n\\* Notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on , 1950.\n\n† Statutory Rules 1948, No. 24, as amended by Statutory Rules 1949, No. 77.\n\nBy Authority: L.
