These old rules are no longer needed—likely because they've been replaced by modern workplace safety laws (such as Work Health and Safety legislation) or updated maritime codes.\n\n**Who is affected:**\n- Shipping operators who previously followed these specific cargo-handling safety rules\n- Maritime workers, who are now protected by newer, more comprehensive safety frameworks"}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/navigation-loading-and-unloading-safety-measures-regulations-repeal","history":"/api/acts/navigation-loading-and-unloading-safety-measures-regulations-repeal/history","analysis":"/api/acts/navigation-loading-and-unloading-safety-measures-regulations-repeal/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/navigation-loading-and-unloading-safety-measures-regulations-repeal/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/navigation-loading-and-unloading-safety-measures-regulations-repeal/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/navigation-loading-and-unloading-safety-measures-regulations-repeal/documents"}}
