This removes the specific rules that previously controlled which parts of naval bases the public could enter and under what conditions. The Defence Force may now rely on other legislation, base standing orders, or security protocols to manage access instead.\n\n**Why it matters**\nThis is a housekeeping measure that removes outdated regulations. It cleans up the statute book by eliminating rules that were no longer needed or had been superseded by other arrangements."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/naval-establishments-public-areas-regulations-repeal","history":"/api/acts/naval-establishments-public-areas-regulations-repeal/history","analysis":"/api/acts/naval-establishments-public-areas-regulations-repeal/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/naval-establishments-public-areas-regulations-repeal/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/naval-establishments-public-areas-regulations-repeal/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/naval-establishments-public-areas-regulations-repeal/documents"}}
