No. 61.\n\nREGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1943.\\*\n\nI, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1943.\n\nDated this twenty-seventh day of March, 1946.\n\nHENRY\n\nGovernor-General.\n\nBy His Royal Highness’s Command,\n\nH. V. EVATT\n\nfor and on behalf of the Minister of State for Defence.\n\nNational Security (Regulations Repeal) Regulations (No. 6).\n\nCitation.\n\n1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Security (Regulations Repeal) Regulations (No. 6).\n\nRepeal of certain Regulations.\n\n2.— (1.) The National Security (Tobacco Rationing) Regulations are repealed.\n\n(2.) This regulation shall come into operation on the first day of April, 1946.\n\nMiscellaneous amendments or repeals.\n\n3.
