No. .\n\nREGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1946.\\*\n\nI, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence (Transitional Provisions) Act 1946.\n\nDated this nineteenth day of December, 1947.\n\nW. Barnard\n\nfor and on behalf of the Minister of State for Post-war Reconstruction.\n\n———\n\nRepeal of the National Security (Patriotic Funds) Regulations.†\n\nCommencement.\n\n1\\. These Regulations shall come into operation on the twenty-second day of December, 1947.\n\nRepeal.\n\n2\\. The National Security (Patriotic Funds) Regulations are repealed.\n\n\\* Notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on , 1947\n\n† Being the Regulations having that title as in force under the Defence (Transitional Provisions) Act 1946, as amended by Statutory Rules 1947, No. 41.
