No. 11.\n\nREGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939–1940.\\*\n\nI, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Security Act 1939-1940.\n\nDated this twelfth day of January, 1942.\n\n(SGD.) Regulation 4 of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations is amended—\n\n(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1.) the word “three” and inserting in its stead the word “five”;\n\n(b) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (1.) the word “three” and inserting in its stead the word “two”; and\n\n(c) by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (1.) the words “three persons” and inserting in their stead the words “one person”.\n\nMeetings of the Board.\n\n2. Regulation 7 of the National Security (Australian Tobacco Leaf) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3.) the word “six” and inserting in its stead the word “five”.\n\n\\*Notified in the Commonwealth Gazette on , 1942.\n\n†Statutory Rules 1941, No. 97.\n\nBy Authority: L.
