This Act may be cited as the National Residue Survey (Oilseeds) Levy Act 1992.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Act commences on 1 July 1993.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. In this Act:\n\n“oilseeds” means leviable oilseeds within the meaning of the Oilseeds Levy Act 1977.\n\nAct binds Crown\n\n4. This Act binds the Crown in right of each of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory, of the Northern Territory and of Norfolk Island.\n\nImposition of levy\n\n5.
