This Act may be cited as the National Residue Survey (Horticultural Products) Levy Act 1992.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Act commences on 1 July 1993.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. In this Act:\n\n“horticultural products” means products on which levy is imposed by the Horticultural Levy Act 1987.\n\nAct binds Crown\n\n4. This Act binds the Crown in right of each of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory, of the Northern Territory and of Norfolk Island.\n\nImposition of levy\n\n![](image.003.png)5.
