This Act may be cited as the National Residue Survey (Grain Legumes) Levy Act 1992.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Act commences on 1 July 1993.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. In this Act:\n\n\"grain legumes\" means leviable grain legumes within the meaning of the Grain Legumes Levy Act 1985.\n\nAct binds Crown\n\n4. This Act binds the Crown in right of each of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory, of the Northern Territory and of Norfolk Island.\n\nImposition of levy\n\n![](image.003.png)5.
