This Act may be cited as the National Residue Survey (Cattle Transactions) Levy Act 1992.\n\nCommencement\n\n2. This Act commences on 1 July 1993.\n\nInterpretation\n\n3. In this Act:\n\n\"cattle\" has the same meaning as in the Cattle Transaction Levy Act 1990.\n\nAct binds Crown\n\n4. This Act binds the Crown in right of each of the States, of the Australian Capital Territory, of the Northern Territory and of Norfolk Island.\n\nImposition of levy\n\n![](image.003.png)5.
