These Regulations may be cited as the National Health (Variation of Benefits) (No. 7) Regulations.\n\nCommencement.\n\n2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of September, 1972.\n\nDefinitions.\n\n3. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the National Health Act 1953-1971.\n\nNational Health (Variation of Benefits) (No. 3) Regulations—Amendments.\n\n4. The Schedule to the National Health (Variation of Benefits) (No. 3) Regulations† is amended by omitting from item 6 of table headed “Variations of the Table in the Third Schedule to the Act” the figures:—\n\n| “4421 | 1.80 | 1.00”, |\n| ----- | ---- | ------ |\n\nand inserting in their stead the figures:—\n\n| “4421 | 2.30 | 1.00”. |\n| ----- | ---- | ------ |\n\nAct to have effect as varied.\n\n![](image.002.png)5.
