These Regulations may be cited as the National Health (Variation of Benefits) (No. 3) Regulations.\n\nCommencement.\n\n2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the first day of November, 1971.\n\nDefinition.\n\n3\\. In these Regulations, “the Act” means the National Health Act 1953-1971.\n\nAct to have effect as varied.\n\n4. The Act shall have effect as if—\n\n(a) the following paragraph were inserted after paragraph 6 of the First Schedule;—\n\n“7.
