This Declaration shall come into operation on 1 April 1994.\n\n2. The drugs and medicinal preparations specified in the Schedule to this Declaration shall cease to be drugs and medicinal preparations to which Part VII of the National Health Act 1953 applies.\n\nTHE SCHEDULE\n\n“Banish”\n\nBenzoin\n\nButyl Monoester Polymer with Ethanol\n\nButyl Monoester Polymer with Isopropyl Alcohol\n\n“Cancel”\n\nCarmellose Sodium with Pectin and Gelatin\n\nChloroquine Sulfate\n\nDimethicone\n\nErgometrine Maleate with Oxytocin (synthetic)\n\nIsopropyl Monoester Polymer with Isopropyl Alcohol\n\nOctoxinol\n\n“Odorgon”\n\nOxytocin (synthetic)\n\nPolyisobutylene\n\nPovidone and Vinyl Acetate Copolymer\n\nSterculia\n\n“Super Banish”\n\nTriamterene\n\nDated this seventeenth day of March 1994.\n\nD.
