This Declaration shall come into operation on 1 February 1998.\n\n2. The drugs and medicinal preparations specified in the Schedule to this Declaration shall cease to be drugs and medicinal preparations to which Part VII of the National Health Act 1953 applies.\n\nTHE SCHEDULE\n\nAminacrine Hydrochloride\n\nChlorpropamide\n\nErgocalciferol\n\nIdoxuridine\n\nNiclosamide\n\nAminophylline B.P.\n\nAmmoniated Mercury B.P. 1973\n\nCade Oil B.P.C. 1973\n\nChlorbutol B.P.\n\nOleic Acid B.P.\n\nPhenol B.P.\n\nPumilio Pine Oil B.P. 1980\n\nSilver Nitrate B.P.\n\n\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\n\nDated this 7th day of January 1998.\n\nD.
