Those affected — registered building surveyors, licensed plumbers and plumbers registered in the listed plumbing-work classes — must obtain Victorian registration or a licence rather than rely on mutual recognition, imposing an administrative compliance cost on those practitioners (see s5)."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/mutual-recognition-victoria-exemptions-building-surveyor-and-plumbing-occupations-declaration-2022","history":"/api/acts/mutual-recognition-victoria-exemptions-building-surveyor-and-plumbing-occupations-declaration-2022/history","analysis":"/api/acts/mutual-recognition-victoria-exemptions-building-surveyor-and-plumbing-occupations-declaration-2022/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/mutual-recognition-victoria-exemptions-building-surveyor-and-plumbing-occupations-declaration-2022/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/mutual-recognition-victoria-exemptions-building-surveyor-and-plumbing-occupations-declaration-2022/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/mutual-recognition-victoria-exemptions-building-surveyor-and-plumbing-occupations-declaration-2022/documents"}}
